What you get

You set the fee. You see exactly what it buys.

The clinician provides the care to you directly and agrees their own terms with you. Matendo verifies their licence against the council register, checks that every skill the duty asks for is evidenced and in date, matches them to your request, records their attendance on site, and collects payment on their behalf. Our service fee is agreed with your facility when you join. It covers the verification, the matching and the administration.

What your statement shows

Three separate lines per duty: the clinician’s fee, Matendo’s service fee, and the VAT charged on our fee only, never on the clinician’s. Withholding tax stays your facility’s obligation as the withholding agent; we compute it for you.

Your fee is set out in your facility agreement, so your finance team can reconcile every statement against it.

A facility filling a handful of duties a month and one filling two hundred are not the same conversation. Tell us your ward mix and roughly how many duties you expect, and we will put a rate in writing for your facility before you commit to anything.
